K\u00f6nnte sie insbesondere eingesetzt werden, um die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit von Festplatten (HDDs) und Solid State Drives (SSDs) zu analysieren? Unerwartete Ausf\u00e4lle von Festplatten k\u00f6nnen schwerwiegende Probleme wie Serverausf\u00e4lle und Datenverlust verursachen. H\u00e4ufig geben Festplatten keine eindeutigen Hinweise auf ihren Zustand, so dass sich Techniker auf die Betriebszeit und ihre Erfahrung verlassen m\u00fcssen. Sie liefern umfassende Statistiken \u00fcber 85 verschiedene Festplattenmodelle, einschlie\u00dflich Informationen dar\u00fcber, wann sie ausfallen. Anhand dieser Daten konnten sich die Forscher ein Bild davon machen, wie sich die verschiedenen Festplattenmodelle unter realen Bedingungen verhalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PAKDDD2020 Alibaba AI Ops Wettbewerb:<\/strong> Dieser Wettbewerb forderte die Teilnehmer auf, ein Modell zur Vorhersage von Festplattenausf\u00e4llen auf der Grundlage anonymisierter S.M.A.R.T.-Daten zu entwickeln. Es ist wichtig zu erw\u00e4hnen, dass die Daten f\u00fcr den Wettbewerb Informationen \u00fcber Festplattenhersteller enthielten, aber diese Informationen waren versteckt, was die Aufgabe f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer erschwerte. Trotz des Mangels an Informationen \u00fcber bestimmte Festplattenhersteller enthielten die Daten gen\u00fcgend Attribute, um das Modell erfolgreich zu trainieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>Erstellen und Testen eines AI-Modells<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entwicklung des Modells erfolgte in mehreren Schritten. Der erste Schritt bestand in der Sammlung und Verarbeitung historischer Daten, einschlie\u00dflich S.M.A.R.T.-Attributen und tats\u00e4chlicher Fehlerinformationen. Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt wurden die Daten bereinigt und normalisiert, um Anomalien zu beseitigen und sicherzustellen, dass die Algorithmen des maschinellen Lernens korrekt funktionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wurden die Korrelationen zwischen den verschiedenen Attributen und den Ausfallzeiten analysiert, um die wichtigsten Faktoren zu identifizieren.
